PC QuickHelp has been serving the greater Boston market since 1996. Our technicians have combined experience of over 30 years. Whether you need help with a hardware problem, removal of viruses and spyware, installation of a new PC or a network, or assistance with email and internet problems, PC QuickHelp has the expertise you need.
In addition to scheduled calls, we also offer our clients annual maintenance plans that provide for a defined number of routine maintenance visits for each covered PC.
Our Pricing
PC QuickHelp charges $95 per hour, billed in quarter-hour increments. Unlike other companies, we do not charge for estimates; billed time does not begin until you decide to proceed with the service. For clients located in Winchester and its contiguous towns, we do not charge for travel.
Pricing for our maintenance plans ranges from $275 for two annual visits and one covered PC to $1,400 for four annual visits and five covered PCs. Custom maintenance plans can be created for customers who want more than four visits per year or need to cover more than five PCs.
