As we all work together to adapt to these complicated circumstances, PC QuickHelp is here for you now more than ever. With a majority of Americans working from home, we've observed a sharp increase in the number of individuals requiring IT assistance. PC QuickHelp is ready to help you make sure your computer, home, and business are ready to work remotely.
Our safety protocols
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we've implemented new policies based on recommendations from the CDC and the Town of Winchester. Everyone visiting our Winchester office must wear a well-fit face covering over their nose and mouth. In order to minimize the number of people in our office, we are currently unable to accommodate drop in clients. We ask that all our clients call ahead at 781-721-1500 so that we can schedule a time if you need to stop by our location. Please sanitize your devices with the best sanitation you have at your disposal before you leave your device with us. We will then re-sanitize your device using 70% Isopropanol as approved by the CDC, and sanitize it one last time before we return it to you. We have determined this mixture to be safe on most plastics and device surfaces, but it may cause discoloration of very select stickers.
We are also limiting the number of home and business on-site calls our technicians handle. We may not be able to visit your location unless your issue requires urgent, on-site support. The good news is we have invested in multiple different remote support solutions to allow our technicians to service your computers remotely. Give us a call at 781-721-1500 so we can determine best how to address your needs.
If you or someone you've come in close contact with is experiencing fever-like symptoms, has tested positive for COVID19, or is experiencing any of the other CDC symptoms, do not visit our office. You may call us at 781-721-1500 to arrange a remote support session or contactless pickup of your device.
